College Assist System Schedule
Real-time processing:
- Monday through Friday - 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST)
- Saturday - 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. MST
StudentLoanOnline™ is available to users 24 hours a day. Data submitted outside of the real-time processing hours will be sent to the mainframe system in the daily loan guarantee processing or batch processing. Loan guarantee and disbursement processing occurs Monday through Friday. There is no processing on Holidays. Activity that falls on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
College Assist Help Desk is available Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded) from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM MST. College Assist Help Desk is available to assist you with system or access issues. For assistance, please contact our Help Desk at 303-305-3323.
